Cancellation Policy

At Sama Arogya Holistic Wellness Centre, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring our cancellation policy.
