Health & Safety in the Office

To ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and valued customers, we have implemented rigorous COVID-19 response measures at our workplace. Your health and safety remain our top priority, and we are committed to creating a safe environment for all who enter our premises. To cultivate healthy spaces within our office, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene. We maintain a stringent cleaning regimen to ensure workspaces are clean and sanitized regularly. We promote regular and thorough handwashing among all employees and visitors, with readily accessible handwashing stations and hand sanitizer dispensers placed throughout the premises. In line with promoting good respiratory hygiene, we encourage proper cough and sneeze etiquette, including covering one's mouth and nose with a tissue or elbow when coughing or sneezing.

We strongly advise any individuals feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness to stay home and seek medical advice as needed. By prioritizing the health and well-being of our employees and visitors, we create a safer and healthier environment for everyone.

Ensuring we have appropriate cleaning supplies such as disinfectants, sanitizers, microfiber cloths, and disposable gloves to effectively clean and sanitize our office environment.

These high-traffic areas are sanitized frequently throughout the day, focusing on surfaces such as countertops, desks, door handles, and seating areas. We pay special attention to areas where guests may come into contact with frequently touched surfaces.

Treatment
rooms
Prior to and following each appointment, treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This includes disinfecting treatment tables, chairs, equipment, and any other surfaces that may come into contact with clients. We also change linens and replace disposable items between each client to maintain a hygienic environment.
Our Safety Measures

Disinfect shared surfaces before and after use, including treatment areas and office spaces.

All appointments must be booked online in advance; no walk-ins are permitted.

Clients are requested to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to minimize waiting and ensure proper distancing.

Hand sanitizing stations are readily available throughout the office and treatment areas.

Clients are encouraged to wash their hands with soap and water upon arrival and departure.
