Sama Arogya Holistic Wellness Centre, where healing meets tradition and expertise, is owned and operated by a team of qualified and highly experienced professionals dedicated to holistic wellness. The name Sama Arogya derived from the Sanskrit words 'Sama' means 'balanced' and 'Arogya' means 'health'. Together 'Sama Arogya' signifies balanced health or well-maintained health. Our major goal is for providing quality healthcare using natural therapies like Acupuncture and Ayurveda at affordable prices for our patients and their families when it matters most. Ninette George
R.TCMP, R.Ac, B.A.M.S. (India)

Ninette George, R.TCMP, R.Ac, B.A.M.S. (India) is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Registered Acupuncturist and an Ayurvedic practitioner. She completed her five and a half year’s Bachelors degree in Ayurveda (B.A.M.S.) from the university of Kerala, India and two and half years of studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Toronto, Canada and also holds one year post graduation certificate in Health Informatics from George Brown College, Toronto, Canada. She has more than 10 years of experience in health care industry.

Before moving to Canada, she served as an Ayurvedic practitioner at different reputed clinics In India where she evaluated patients’ health, prescribed medications and treatments to patients, provided counselling and support to patients on health and lifestyle issues, provided quality patient care and maintained patient records. She also took part in various medical camps/ community service and was an active member in the Monsoon Relief Camp as a medical officer at Government Ayurveda Dispensary, Kerala, India

​After she moved to Canada, she practiced as an ayurvedic therapist and performed Ayurvedic therapies such as oil massage, herbal bundle massage, third eye treatment etc. Moreover she successfully completed internships at Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine including TCM services and North York general hospital, Toronto for Health Informatics.

By creating a calm, tranquil healing environment and focusing on treating the root cause her patients are better able to release daily stressors and focus on restoring the body’s innate ability to heal. The goal of her practice and research restores patients’ well being as well as healthy lifestyle through treatment. She is thankful for being able to serve the community with the gift of alternative treatments.
